FOVE Return/Warranty Policy

RETURN/WARRANTY POLICY (Pre-Order Only)

EU Consumers: If you are a consumer in the European Union (“EU”), and you are not satisfied with the Products that you purchased through the Site, FOVE will provide a refund for the cost of the Product, not including any shipping charges associated with the shipment of the Products to you, and not including any shipping charges associated with the return of the Product to FOVE, , provided you return the Product within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your Product, in new condition and with the original casing and packaging.

U.S. Consumers: If you are a consumer in the US, except where prohibited by applicable law, FOVE does not provide refunds or accept returns for non-defective Products.  For return of the defective Product, please see the Full Warranty Policy for Defective Products section below.

RETURNING A NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (EU CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Follow these steps to return a Product purchased from our Site:

  1. Contact our Support team at support@getfove.com to initiate the return process.  You shall be responsible for all costs related to returning the Product, including any shipping and transportation costs.
  2. Unless instructed otherwise by FOVE, pack the Product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage. FOVE will provide the return destination after you contact FOVE at support@getfove.com.
  3. Once the Product is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.

FULL WARRANTY POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Your Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year (two (2) years for consumers residing in the European Union) from the date of original retail purchase (if purchased at a retailer) or one (1) year (two (2) years for consumers residing in the European Union) from the date of receipt (if purchased on the Site) (“Warranty Period”) when used in accordance with the applicable usage documentation. If during the Warranty Period, you notify FOVE of a defect that has occurred during the warranty period, FOVE will, at its option, (1) repair the affected Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the affected Product with a functionally equivalent Product that is new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or, with your consent, a Product that is at least functionally equivalent to the Product it replaces; or (3) provided that you return the defective Product to FOVE, refund the original purchase price to you for the affected Product, less any charges related to shipping the Product. Any refunds may be limited to the form of payment method you used to pay for the Product.  

This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. No other person is authorized to modify this limited warranty.

Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long such warranties, conditions, and/or implied terms may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. This warranty is offered in addition to rights and remedies conveyed by consumer protection laws and regulations that cannot be statutorily waived, and does not affect your applicable statutory rights.

Follow these steps to obtain a replacement for a Product purchased from our Site in accordance with this warranty policy:

  1. Contact our Support team at support@getfove.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Unless instructed otherwise by FOVE, pack the Product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage. FOVE will provide the return destination after you contact FOVE at support@getfove.com.
  3. Once the Product is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your replacement or refund, as applicable.
